Ian, a dual-ticketed Red Seal Automotive Service Technician and Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic, brings 26 years of industry experience. Although we don’t handle heavy-duty work, Ian's extensive knowledge ensures every job is done right, making him the trusted face of our company.


Jenelle, with her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, manages the office behind the scenes. Occasionally, she’s the friendly voice you hear when you call. Together, Ian and Jenelle ensure that Snow Auto runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is my favourite mechanic shop in the city and has staff I would trust with my life. When I first heard of this business my car had broken down in the middle of the road and I had to desperately ask around for any recommendations as to a trustworthy establishment to have my car towed to. My old manger praised the staff here, and I’ve been going here for all of my repairs and inspections ever since. They’re always honest and won’t waste your money on unnecessary repairs, even if you’re like me and blatantly know nothing about cars. You could not find a shop with stronger small town values of honesty and integrity any where else in the city.
